Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a glass or plastic container. I agree with the others as to the corn starch. Just having all those peppers in there makes it delicious. Add the chicken thighs and if time allows, let marinate for 30 minutes. Add the chicken, mix well, cover and let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours in the fridge.
