Description The School of the Arts “Artists in their Maximum Expression” (A.M.E.), was born from an initiative to prepare, reach and redeem this area of society. This School is designed to train our staff workers on a professional level and is geared toward those that have a life-long calling to the arts. Our goal is to work in the secular artistic environment and to redeem it from the inside out. The length of the A.M.E. school will be of 6 months, in which time the students will learn to develop their talents and gifts in their maximum capacity.Whilst seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we have designed this school and believe that this new format will lead us into a new level with Christ. Objectives: · To train the student in the artistic technique and biblical foundations. · To offer tolls for creative evangelism. · To broaden the vision and wolrdview of the student in able to reach and to be an influece in these empty spaces in society. · To form professional that transcend in the artistic media. That, once having finished the school, the student may impliment the acquired knowledge in an innovative way. Context of the School: Buenos Aires has risen up as a influential potential in the arts, but at the same time, it reflects one of the highest levels of eating disorders, drugs, alcohol and of sexual identity, social problems that are evident in the artistic world. As the Arts Ministry of the Ituzaingo Base, Buenos Aires, we propose that this empty space needs people that are revolutionary and committed to a different artistic vision. Because of this we find our selves with the need to raise up a solid Ministry that would provide support and containment, and that would disciple society by showing values and principles in the Kingdom. Values: The A.M.E. backs up and commits to fulfilling all of the International YWAM values. It is evident that we will highlight some values above others according to its focus, such as: To Know God and Make Him Known, To Be Vissionary, To Practice Worship and Intercessory Prayer, To Hear the Voice of God, To Have a Bibilical Worldview, To Do First and Teach Later, Team Work.
